Import from other portfolio-management programs

TopShare Importer is a free utility program specifically designed to import portfolio information into TopShare. Use this if you already have portfolio data stored in one of the compatible portfolio-management programs. It will help by transferring your portfolio data to TopShare without the need to re-key all your transactions.

Topshare Importer can import from the following portfolio management programs:

Follow the Downloads link from the navigation bar (above) to Other Downloads to get your copy of Topshare Importer, and the instructions for its use.

Import from CSV file

Topshare can import data from industry-standard CSV files. So if you've previously kept portfolio records in spreadsheets, there's a fair chance you'll be able to transfer this information directly into Topshare!

Unrestricted export

At Topshare, we don't believe in trying to force you to stay within our own data system. There are many valid reasons why you might want to access your transaction data outside of Topshare.

So we make it easy for you to export your data in industry-standard CSV format, that can be easily read by spreadsheets and other software.
